SophieFlow is an artificial intelligence-powered marketing workflow platform. The service provides users with tools including, but not limited to, AI copywriting generation, an AI-powered image studio, graphic editing, and automated social media scheduling.
The Services are provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to ensure platform security and performance.
2. AI Generation and Content Ownership
User Inputs: You retain all rights to the original text, prompts, and raw data you input into SophieFlow ("User Content").
AI Outputs: You own the generated text and images ("Outputs") created by SophieFlow during your active subscription. You are granted full commercial rights to these Outputs.
3. Fair Use and AI Credits
SophieFlow operates on a credit-based system. Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier.
- Unlimited Plans: Subject to a Fair Use Policy to prevent API abuse or automated scraping.
- Rollover: Credits do not roll over unless specified in your specific plan.
4. Social Media Integrations
By connecting accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), you authorize SophieFlow to post on your behalf. You must comply with the terms of those specific platforms. SophieFlow is not responsible for third-party account penalties.
5. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time via your Dashboard Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
