1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our AI copywriter and design tools. If you are a first-time subscriber and find that SophieFlow does not meet your marketing needs, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
To qualify for this refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your request is submitted within exactly 14 calendar days of your first payment.
- You have not exceeded 25% of your allotted monthly AI Credits (Text or Image generation). This protects our platform from bulk content scraping.
- You have not violated our Terms & Conditions.
2. Subscription Cancellations
Manage your subscription easily via your Account Settings. You have full autonomy to cancel at any time.
- Access: You will retain full access to premium features (Image Studio, Brand Voice, Scheduler) until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Proration: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are offered at a significant discount. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the start of the annual term. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Renewal Charges: Automatic renewals are not refundable. We send email reminders 3 days before annual renewals to ensure you stay in control.
- TOS Violations: Misuse of our AI (e.g., generating prohibited content or API abuse) results in forfeiture of refund rights.
- Unused Credits: Monthly AI credits do not roll over and have no monetary value.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact billing@sophieflow.com before initiating a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent account bans.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund under our 14-day policy:

- Include your Invoice Number and registered email address.
- Our team will process the request within 3 to 5 business days.
